Just noticed that the pop up info menu for "High Power Discharges" for the Shockwave Torpedo on the research screen say that damage increase = 30 and range = 540 but the design screen says that the damage value = 39 and range = 650. I believe the other details are incorrect also (e.g. speed).

Haven't checked this for other components, so many could be different!

I just use 1.706 beta but that should be the same.
Research, Ship design component and when i build in a Shockwave Torp i allways get 30/540.

I was wondering whether bonuses from admirals might have something to do with it, but that wouldn't make sense on the design screen...

This is because you have subsequently researched "Extreme Energy Vortexes" which improves the weapon to these new values.
