The Scenario begins in May 1977, Central African Republic ( entire country made), Rwanda, cheated and combined both Rwanda and the nation to its south ( cannot remember it off the top of my head). Border area of Tanzania, border area of Uganda, Sudan, Zambia and large portion of Angola. The northern section of C.A.R. needs too be updated a bit, because from what I have read the northern tip of of the country has desert instead of jungle and so this will be done later in the day and updated version will be done today. Flags for each nation including the border nations that are not active made and finished. The playable nations are as follows The Republic of the Congo, Zaire, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Angola. Regime without any territory ( Democratic Republic of Congo) allied with Rwanda and so their units begin in Rwandan territory. Even though Uganda is a border nation and so not all their territory is shown, I have given them 1 HQ unit and 3 Infantry Brigades ( do not know if I will make them playable yet). Belgium is allied with Zaire and has units, but since I cannot program events , they remain an active regime allied with Zaire. Zaire also has a Mercanary base as well and their cost is "300" for Zaire to produce which turns into something like 12 mercs being produced every turn. Flags are made for the following nations, " Zaire, Rwanda, Angola, Uganda, C.A.R. ( central african republic), Sudan ( old flag), Zambia and Tanzania. The Zairian OOB is not very big, should be 25,000 men maybe a little more or less. Rwandan OOB for the time line 1977 haven't been able to find concret information on this, except for today's army so for now they have 6 infantry brigades, a mechanized regiment and 4 reserve infantry brigades will probably reduce them in later versions once i can find more information on their OOB from 1977. I'm thinking about expanding Tanzania and adding more territory onto them but this will be much later. I will upload images maybe today but before the end of the week on what is now finished. I have decided to do this instead of updating my South Africa one for now, since the South Africa scenario just doesn't seem very appealing as of now. I will also attempt programming in weather and so we will see how this works, though not holding out any hope we'll see....
