curlym -> Installing Problem (11/9/2002 1:47:56 AM)

I am having a problem installing the game on my second computer(My first computer Died! Had ME and it crashed) When I run the installer it installs almost to the end then asks for Disk #2 and UVSETUP.2. Which of course it can't find on the disk or on my computer. What's up?

I have a PIII 800,Win 98, 256 RAM, GeForce 2/MTS, Creative SB Live! sound card, Direct X 8.1b, and all the lastes drivers for all of my hardware. I even have the lastest drivers for my CDROM drive.

Thanks for you help in Advance :)

Hi

I hate to tell you this but it sounds like your CD went bad. Take it to a firends house and see if you can install the game. If then you need to order replacement CD. They cost $10.00+ shipping plus the return of the old CD. The really bad news is that we are currently out of stock and will not have any in for a week or two at the least. If you need a replacement please place a ticket in the help desk.

David

curlym,

The Help desk is at

http://www.matrixgames.com/insidemg/customerservice.php

Just click on Help Desk, log in and it will walk you through the process of getting a ticket. I think ticket means something like an problem # used for tracking purposes.
