The vast majority (95%+) of the time I go to the messages screen is when I get several popups simultaneously and I need to figure out what the hidden ones were. So what is important to me then is to see what has occurred in the last day or two. Unfortunately after the very early game (I think once you get a message description past a certain length) it becomes almost impossible to see the last digit of the date without moving the divider to the left. Can this be fixed so that either a) there is enough room left for the full date from the start, or b) the divider remembers its position so you only have to adjust it once. I play on 1280x800 (I think) resolution, if that matters.
