Is there going to be any consideration for aircraft group HQ or MAG's (Marine Air groups) or Japanese NAG and So on. They can be made as small HQ say 20 Air Support and 20 Support Stands. I find to often that incremental support needs are overkilled when an additional base force is sent to a location. These extra HQ and the ability to have subordinate squadrons attached would smooth out support needs.
