I figured this should be written down somewhere before it is lost forever.
Well here it is. A complete (or as complete as I could make it) list of SPWAW version changes over the years starting from the very first one from May 2000 to the latest release of version 8.403 in 2006. See attached text file.
I collected the text and dates from various sources. Including this forum, old game patch files and the internet archive of old websites. This is not a perfect list and I'm sure I've missed some versions and some release dates may be wrong.
