In the scenario description it is noted that "the Germans have 3 turns of clear followed by 4 turns of mud..." however playing with non-random weather the 3rd turn is mud.

Good catch, thanks. Yes, the scenario was redone and replaced with a different (and we think more historically accurate) set up that starts 5 days later and does not have the bulk of German forces frozen on turn 1. We forgot to update the text other than to change the date at the top, but you are correct that there are only 2 clear turns in the new version.
