Hi the 44 defensive value on this NKVD rifle division seems very high at 44, maybe a bug?

Still learning the game, I have FOG of war turned off, so should be correct?

Chuck, as I can see in the code it still can show recon value, even with FOW off. Btw, as I can see DL is 0. Would it change if you fly recon over it?

No change. I just flew 20 planes in 4 groups over it still 44.
not sure if this might be relevant,
I got a new computer recently which wouldnt take the game key sohelpdesk sent me a copy of the game wich I added all the patches to. It seems to have more jagdpanzer batalions than I rememberhaving before, so maybe some sort of beta varsion?

Just moved from XP to windows 7 It tells me this is compressed so heres hoping.

OK, this is recon value, which is not reset despite that FOW is off. Real defensive CV is ~10.
