Greyjoy, can you ask radar to run the turn for a few more times(with slight change of settings), just for test purposes?

I feel it's not because you are unlucky. But I'll shut up if the test result support your claim.

Unless they change the orders, the turn will play out the same way each time. You have to make an orders change to have the turn come out differently.

Now if they each make 1 change to orders and replay it, you may get a different result each time.

yeah, only change the altitude of the several air groups on Radar's end will do the trick. I do this all the time to run the tests.

But I doubt they still keep the save for that turn.

Imo, the information is not enough to make final judgements.... Personally I would need some info like TF composition, exp of ships and pilots, skill of pilots, rate of fatigue from both planes and pilots etc. Were planes rebased from landbases to the carriers shortly before the battle ?

The weather in hex was heavy cloud, some of the attackers maybe hid in these clouds and couldn´t be intercepted, but then suddenly dived for the attack run  .. who knows ?
