Bonzo -> Question on Manual v4.1 (1/15/2001 12:28:00 PM) I'm looking at page 66, the section regarding "Hull down". It says the vehicle must be moving ( NOT stationary) and... ( list of criteria). I would think that you would have to be stationary to meet some of the criteria (like be "in cover").
