Score. Yes, Ausf M. available in 1-2 of the 12 SS BGs. Packs a wallop, not a lot of ammo available, and pretty vulnerable. Nice tool for rooting out infantry.

Lieste -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (4/28/2012 1:13:08 AM)

Speaking of IG... did the leIG18/37 ever get adjusted so they could enter/setup in buildings? In practice you'd lose the IDF role, but it could be useful for direct fire, and the weapon is smaller than most others, and has a benign charge size/velocity combination.

GC testing in progress against the AI. I don't remember the last time I experienced a beating like this when taking on the AI. It's an anomaly for certain, especially when up against Panthers.

Did the Armoured Brigades have the instrinsic Motor Rifle Bn at this point? Curious if that small infantry option would be present...

Looks amazing, very excited to see the end product!!

Your work is inspiring...

rebon -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (5/13/2012 8:51:00 PM)

Damn Cathartes I now have to find loads of money to buy LSA so I can play your mod :)
It looks fantastic, can't wait to play against the SS at Caen.

kweniston -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (5/18/2012 5:04:17 PM)

With all the fuss over PitF, we should not forget about this mighty project, the mod to end all mods! ;)
You have any sight on an ETA, Cathartes? :)

Cathartes -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (5/29/2012 3:57:38 AM)

into June 9. If you use a random number generator, or an old-fashioned dice playing the AI, you can roll to see how many tanks you and the AI gets (6=0) with a max of 5. Default deployment. Test Camp continues against the AI on June 9. Going slow, been busy, and lots of little stuff to clean up.

tigercub -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (6/1/2012 1:31:00 PM)

Not sure exactly what you mean. I have yet to see an airstrike-related crash in GJS, but doesn't mean it can't happen.

CarolusRex -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (6/9/2012 8:20:19 AM)

Hi Cathartes, any estimate when this could be released?

I´d hoped for 6th of June but now I´m not hoping for that as that will be 2013 :-)

Rgds

Carolus

kweniston -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (7/15/2012 9:45:20 AM)

Hi Cathartes, can you delight us with some news/updates on this uber-mod? Thanks! [8D]

Tejszd -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (7/15/2012 3:39:46 PM)

GJS definitely is one of the best mods for CC5 and with all the changes from TLD to LSA it will even be better I'm sure once Cathartes is done. Unfortunately to get those new features requires changes and testing on top of the minimum changes required in the data/files which all takes a lot of effort/time.

When your done Cathartes I look forward to your conversation notes (and the automated tool to make it easy to move all the other mods [;)])...

Cathartes -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (8/28/2012 8:38:11 PM)

work continues after a break this summer. recoding maps is tedious, but make for a more interesting experience:

bridge traffic

Cathartes -> RE: GJS Mod in LSA (11/23/2012 3:10:31 PM)

Work progresses, pushing for a release in the near future. New le Hamel Map in strat and overview:
