I just downloaded the 1.0561 patch and am seeing some really high defensive CV values on unfortified soviet guards infantry units (75 and 68 for example, see pic.) Det level is 10. Not sure what is going on. When I attack guys seem to fold easily.

you think thats bad look at the support units 300 or more per unit.. seems to be a display problem, but hitting a lone unit unforted and seeing an 800 defense value makes it hard to decide what to send in when the hasty fails

Detection 10 doesn't mean you have perfect info on the unit, but I agree that this looks very odd (to have a 1 attack and 72 defense in clear terrain without a fort makes no sense). Has this happened before, or is it happening on repeated turns?
