What's the difference between the Grand Campaign and the German grand Campaign?

The German Grand Campaign allows you to deploy your German armored and mechanized infantry forces in a couple of pre-war turns.

The regular Grand Campaign everything is already deployed, and starts on the historical date for the attack on Poland.
