I want to play a full campaign from 1939-1945 with my added expansion scenarios 41,42 and 43. Its not working [:@]

I'm afraid you can't.
These belong to the Grand Campaign and not to the vanilla (original) campaign.
So you can't add them.

You need to start with the GC '39 campaign and play from there. We will fill in the missing years as we go - not many left now!

One of the features i loved about panzer corps was the ability to change history. Is this present in the grand campaign? would it for example let me invade the usa etc.. ?

The Grand Campaign as a more historical approach.
But it doesn't mean that eventually, won't come a "what if" DLC.

i really hope so , its nice to feel your actually making a differnce to the war effort rather than being "scripted" to win or lose

What is disappointing is that even if you build up an experienced medal laden core and win battle after battle the general trend is still the same--that the war is being lost--and the scenario battle sequence of the Grand Campaign expansions is the same, even after decisive victory after decisive victory. Decisive victories that end in losing the war???
