see attached consts.csv for the Pacific Campaign 1941 scenario, for the 1.10 patch. Make sure you backup the original!! Makes these changes: 1) reduces costs of air units and reinforcements for air units, by about 2/3 The intent here is to make the use of air power in the game more fun, because it won't destroy a budget to use them. I did not reduce the effectiveness, as I don't think air units are too powerful. 2) reduced time at sea to 6 turns for regular fleets and 12 turns for raider fleets, before the penalty sets in 3) doubled the penalty for distance from port
