I thought the maximum number of air groups within an airbase is 9 but I have seem some airbases holding 10 and 11 air-groups in my game. Is the max 9? or what is the maximum number?


8.2.5.2. AIR BASE UNIT ATTACHMENT RESTRICTIONS
The only units that can be attached to air base units are air group units. Air base units cannot
have more than nine attached air group units of any size.

I think that this limit is not enforced in the editor. This results in scenarios being designed with some airbases "overloaded". You can neither add more airgroups to the bases after the game starts or later exceed the 9 group cap if groups have been sent out of them.
