Yes those are some great screenshots. There are people comparing APOS to Combat Mission Battle for Normandy and claiming that CM has better models, but I'm just not seeing that. APOS overall graphics and models are well done and the maps are the best out there IMO.

The modded models for CMBN are better. However stock APOS is better. CMBN feels more realistic yet APOS isn't to far behind. APOS is my favourite RTS beating all others including my old No1 CC. CMBN engine I prefer due to WEGO. However I prefer the East front over West so APOS gets played more than CMBN. When CMEF comes out then APOS will be loose it's EF top slot.

Great shots, this game looks damned impressive and much more atmospheric! I love the dirty, gritty look of everything, while things CMBN are positively sparkling by comparison, like they just rolled off the boat - and they did :)

I own both and would judge AP as being the more realistic game, though it's matter of opinion obviously.

The good thing is that each game is giving the other a run for its money. Competition drives improvement like nothing else!
