Is there a way to bring up the scenario briefing (with instructions on special objectives), AFTER you have started the scenario. [&:]

It doesn't seem so. I've resorted to jotting a couple of quick notes or even taking a screenshot of the briefing for later reference. But this feature has been often requested so I assume at some point they'll make the briefing available in-game.

Nope, no way to read it again.

However, u can select print-screen(PRTSC) then:

Click Start->Programs->Accesoires ->MS Paint

and paste it. There, that works.
