1) Could we get a way to filter the leader screen, e.g. show only fleet admirals, only intelligence agents, etc?

2) Could there be a way to influence the leader recruitment process, e.g. have some direct influence over which kind of leaders show up. For example if all your intelligence agents die running missions, it can take a long long time to get another one, we should be able to spend money or something to encourage it to happen sooner.

1) Agree! Especially during late game that screen gets crowded.
2) Currently it is possible to modify the race files, not sure if that is what you are after, but it might be something you can look into.

Not really the same issue, but related...

Research leaders reassignment list displays potential locations based chronologically. So if you have 50-odd research equipped stations, you have to go through the list in agonizing detail to find the place you WANT to put the guy.

Other lists come up alphabetically (eg: fleet admirals). This is the exception and should conform.
