King Doom -> 1.7.0.13 Troop cloning facility wont. (4/8/2012 10:40:34 PM)

Just built a troop cloning facility on Secura 1 since it has a supply of Korrabian spice and I want to protect it, I go to clone some troops there and the only option I have available is to recruit regular troops (Securan Assasins in this case). I scrap the facility and have it rebuilt thinking it may have got borked or something, in the meantime I manage to get really lucky and colonise a Mortalen independant world giving me access to the best troops in the game and lo and behold, when the facility is rebuilt I still can't clone troops there!
Edit: and now I can! I get the idea to go back and check to see if I can order clone troopers through the right click menu on the planet and I notice the button to recruit the troopers in now available. I'd love to know why it took so long to appear though. Is it supposed to take awhile for the scientists to warm up the liquid goo the clones grow in or something?
