Chuck Norris wouldn't help the Nazis. Had he already lived then, the Allies would've airdropped him in Berlin in 1939 and there had been peace again in 1940! No, the Bismarck just was superior, that was why they had to scuttle her. They also knew ahead, that there'd be some who think it is a significant difference whether a ship is sunk by enemy fire or scuttled just before the first thing had happend!
