Increasing RAW & OIL (Full Version)

I just want to do a simple mod. Increase the starting OIL & RAW.

Is there an easy way to do that? Is there a limit to the starting amount of OIL or RAW?

Yes, it is easy to modify.
1) Load scenario > open generic.at2
2) Go at "event" > look event 9) random : Initial raw & oil

3) change with the quantity as you want for each resource.
4) Exit event screen and save your work in system option ( I recommend making a backup of "generic.at2" before save )

Does each player need a copy of the new generic.at2 file? Or just the person setting up the game?
