It has been awhile but the 1.90 patch got me interested again. I usually play the '39 scenario, this time I went with Barbarossa. The lack of SMP's for the minor countries was and is frustrating. What does one do when faced with an annoyance? Well, you MOD of course. A simple change to give most countries Strategic Movement and I removed two duplicate commander assignments.
