zzodr -> Ship withdrawal from Singapore (5/4/2012 11:29:19 AM)

Hi y'all,

Got the CA Sussex due for withdrawal 25th May 1944.
It is anchored at Singapore, which is level 9 port, no ship damage.
But I have no withdrawal button - it is now overdue, and it costs me 25PP per turn to sail
it somewhere else.

Anyone had this happen?

Are there any enemy held bases nearby or enemy TFs? If I recall correctly withdraw only works if there are no enemy within 20 hexes (subs don't count).

Bill

Ok thanks Bill.

There is a few Japanese PGs in a TF at Palembang which I haven't cleared out yet.
The BB Richlieu and friends have been sent over for some target practice.
The 380mm/45mle 35 gun should sort them out.

edit...
Except of course the Richlieu is too big to go up the river. D'oh!
A few CAs will do.
