Splusmer -> Manual for physical version? (5/10/2012 6:59:40 PM) I just got my physical copy (wow--fast!), and it didn't include a printed manual. The online store seemed to imply the physical copy came with a manual--did I misunderstand?

I remember reading part of the ETA date was waiting on manual printing so perhaps just a snafu if one is missing - I will post when my package comes today as to whether I got one with mine.
