I just installed the H2H today and noticed the same thing. I deleted the extra folder twice and finally realized what it was doing. When the install box comes up after you click on the install icon the "extract to" file box shows the location of the game C:/matrixgames/spwaw and it is highlighted. At that point if you click on okay it creates a seperate folder and puts everything in there and you wonder what the difference is until you figure out it didn't take. If, however, you click on the browse button and identify the actual location in the "extract to" pop up box it will properly load and overwrite in the proper game directory and everything will look cool when you play.
