viberpol -> Global vehicle points drop? (5/16/2012 1:08:15 PM)

Hi Michael,

Attaching a save that's a mistery for me.
I was puzzled by the Tracker info this turn about the VehP giant (from my perspective [;)]) drop.
It dropped from 5049 to 654 a single turn (an equivalent of 400 new tanks)... which is kind of weird. [&:]

At first I thought it had sth to do with device upgrades (such as Type 1 into Type 3 tank), but I see no occurrence of such a upgrade in different numbers of available devices (number of type 3 tanks increased 1 point this turn).
My second guess is that's all due to the upgrade of the Guards Tank Division (ID 4941)
but it's just a shell (with medium/heavy tanks = 0). Is it the cause of my VehP drop?

So the question is: Should TOE upgrade of "0" tanks cost vehicle points of a full TOE? I always thought it's 1 type 1 tank upgrades into 1 tank type 3, and it costs XX points etc. Is it correct?
I wouldn't even notice such a change if that wasn't last days of the Empire, when every single point counts... [;)]

[2] There's another case of LCU changing into a base (I sent you "Pagan case" lately).
This time it's Rota that has been bugged...
Can you fix it, please?

Save AFTER

A save BEFORE (this is from my opponent, if you can't stop the execution to see what's happened with VehPoints, I'll submit another one before).

Updated unit for Rota

2nd Tank required some Motorized Support so enough was built to satisfy the possible replacements (15x276 = 4140).
Plus some other devices in other units.

The number of MotSup has jumped from 9 to 200+ in the pool for future replacements.
