The game manual does not discuss using the scenario editor. I tried it and it looks like all you can edit is the initial placement of troops on the board. I have a garage full of old S&T civil war games based on the same "Terrible Swift Sword" board system that these games use. Is there a way to use the editor to create entirely new scenarios, including maps, units, leaders, etc?
