Hit something on my keyboard and now my top toolbar and bottom tool bar are hidden until I move cursor over them, help an idiot get them back.......reboot did not help

You didn't state which browser but usually in the Tools dropdown. I'll look for some shortcuts for you.

For Firefox try F11

IE8 is F11 as well. FF options are under View dropdown.
