Sorry you are having problems. This happens if you download turns more than you upload them. The reason this is prevented is that it gives you the chance to play a turn and if you don't like the results, attempt to bypass the system and download the turn again and try for better results. It also lets you discover the position of enemy units. It can also happen if you have a connection problem. However even if it was not deliberate, getting the chance to replay your turn still gives a significant advantage. We are not saying you did this but this is the reason why it is prohibited and anyone doing it will be banned from multiplayer.
Please follow the instructions in the mail and contact info@slitherine.co.uk giving the details of the situation.
You should have received some earlier warnings about this issue and it would have been better to contact the team then to resolve them rather than ignore it.
