Question about manpower in regards to surrender based axis minor disbandments (Full Version)

I have a question and i'd like to start out with saying im not 100% sure, but i cant find any other explantion. So either im not seeing the other explanations which is very possible or the assumptions are correct.

I have noticed and i have seen it in other AARs, most lately in Terjes's AAR. That it seems that when rumenia/hungary surrenders those units that disbands and doesnt swap sides. That the manpower or at leased some of it enters the german manpower pool. In the case of Terje's AARs the german manpower pool rises with 265.000 on the turn this happening and very little of that can be explained by other events.

Assuming im correct is it WAD that axis minor disbanded units in connection with surrenders enters the german manpower pool?

Thx Pavel. Just to make sure, this means that up on surrender of countries those manpower should enter hungarian/rumenian pools or am i wrong. What happens to those pools up on surrender?
In essence u shouldnt see a bump in german manpower pool from this?

You shouldn't see a bump in the German manpower pool. I don't think the manpower in a surrendered country's pool matters as there is nothing left to draw on the manpower.

Thx Joel. Guess its some thing to be looked into further. I asked Terje and he didnt have the save from that turn any more.
