If either mod wants you to overwrite the files in DW: Extended then yes.

If either mod wants you to overwrite the files in DW: Extended then yes.


The components override the ones you've added, plus their help pages.
The resources override your help pages; did you change these at all from default?

Ok resources help files overwriting is fine but overwriting components.txt will break the mod.

Roger that! Sirian's component mod is simply a graphics update to make them look a lot better; it doesn't change any of the text files. Same with Das's resource mod. Thanks, Haree!

Make sure you install DW Extended first. Then you can copy across the files from my mod. The files will overwrite the various help files - which is OK because when I checked a couple of days ago these files in DW Extended are the old original files.

I think I might make a video on how to install the mods. :)

Yep, playing now with DW Extended, Sirian's component mod, GEM's cursors/planets/ruins, your BLUE UI, and an extremely tall Screwdriver. Needless to say, I'm in heaven right now. [:'(][:D][&o]

Hey Haree,

You might already know about this but I found something with your research trees. In the Weapons branch of Research, if you go all the way to right, someone can straight up just queue for Super Beam Weapons (Death Ray) and Super Area Weapons (I'm guessing World Destroyer?). Lemeresh can also skip ahead to Advanced Super Weapons.

Yes, nothing I can do about that. I actually thought it was the same in the base game. They cost immense research points though so you can't actually do it realistically.

ya i really like the new look for them, as they are my favorite race to play.

btw its in a blood stream stating the fact that they are a parasite.

I do not, other sites don't host as well as mediafire and I don't want to maintain multiple uploads. I will look at moddb soon, not sure if that provides it's own hosting, that should help if it does.
