On a serious note:

Just in case you are able to witness a forced cyclical obsessive behaviour on yourself - without any further benefit except executing said behaviour - do not hesitate to seek professional help.
Life is hard enough, no need for you to suffer more than absolutely neccesary. Noone should. This cannot be fun, and usually such things get worse over time.
