why my 71 ap dont work


89500 tons of SUPPLIES produced in 189 heavy industry centers
29074 tons of SUPPLIES consumed by ALL production
3 HI locations didn't have enough resources

57250 ARMAMENTS produced in 229 armaments factories
11450 tons of SUPPLIES consumed by armaments production
0 ARMAMENTS factory locations didn't have enough supplies

Could be they have damage but less than 50%. Press the text (Armaments Production) to see a list with damage indication.

199 fac undamaged.
33 damaged beyond 50% = 0 % chance of producing. Accounting for the 33.
101 Damaged between 1 and 50 giving varying chances of production. Rolls being done on that. U can ofc get lucky or unlucky on those rolls.
Looking at it, it seems u havent been a bit unlucky this turn on the rolls, but still its not that far from what u should expect given the damage to the factories as a hasty guess.

So the rolls that succeded made for another 30 of the 101 damaged for 229 in all. Try and take notice of this on the next turn, see what the result is there. It could vary a bit accounting for lucky or unlucky rolls.

From manual.

Damaged factory production probability is Die (50) > factory damage. So having 1% damage will have 2% probability to have 0 production. 49% damage have 98% probability to be not produced this turn.
