So... digging through the raws for reference material... and found something that doesn't look right under Gizurean Policy... PrioritizeBuildWonderID: 21 1 = Universal Hive 2 = Galactic Library So... what does 21 mean? Both the Universal Hive and the Galactic Library? Or neither? (Is this a bug?)

It is fine.Zenox have 22 as their policy for the Galactic Library .
