Dora09 -> A/C factory doesn't repair in Harbin? (8/2/2012 1:57:17 PM) Hello all, I have just started a PBEM with the Bigbabes C mod and for some reason my factory in Harbin simply will not repair. I have never had this problem in other games with other mods. I checked all the obvious things: feactories set to repair, plenty of supply ad engineers. Is there something fundamental or subtle that I am missing?
