Blank Scenerio? (Full Version)

Hello!

I'm wanting to do some tests and am looking to completely blanking out a scenario and then adding what I want where I want.

I was able to pretty simply create a small section of the map but getting rid of all the stuff was going to take a long time.

Is there a way to easily get rid of all material (air units, etc.)and then start with nothing?

I have a premade blank scenario template. It is basically Stock scenario 1 without any ships, airgroups or LCUs (other than hardcoded LCUs and HQs that appear at the very top). All the devices, ship classes and aircraft are the same as stock scenario 1.

Here's a zip file with the scenario if this helps.

Scenario number is 199 all the way at the end.
