I can load a scenario, but nothing happens when I click on the campaign button.

Click on the "Palm Tree", I believe you'll be surprised.

Been there, done that
I am at the Afrika Corps screen (Pz III?)
the button on the upper right that sats "scenarios" works,
but not the button on the upper right "campaign".

To play the campaign you've to press the Play button, after selecting the campaign icon.
