so i got waaaaaaaaaaaay over powered and i was trying to get my enemies to declare war on me
so i got myself a nifty devastator moon and went to all those pesky human haters and blew up their home worlds. a few days later they just gave me a warning to stop the attacks... all my mutual defense buddies started to hate me but didn't cancel anything and well...
5 home worlds later and a few trillion alien lives fewer still no one will go to war with me.
is it the fact that i have 6 mutual defense pacts that i won't get a war dec? and what does it take to get your allies to war dec or at least cancel relations?
