I wish to register for Matrix Support.

But they do not have ZIMBABWE in the country's drop down box. This is an obligatory field.

Explanation and solution please.

Hi Von Rocko,

Unfortunately that field doesn't allow you to type. Only able to select from dropdown menu.

Anyone from Matrix going to answer this for me ? I would go to SUPPORT if I could just get in !!!!

How can you exclude a WHOLE country ?
