Does anyone know anything about this game? Anybody played it?

Only a couple of stores in my area have even heard of it. One store stocks it, but they don't actually know anything about it except what's printed on the box - CompUSA, of course.

Well I knooooooow people will say yeah just a negative opinion for Sarge yet again and he hasn't even got it.

Well you asked rocky.

I have not heard much good said about it.

So there ya have it.

I am not losing sleep over watching it go stale on the shelf.

Frankly, I didn't even lile the look of the screen clips on the box art, so I'm holding out for some solid info. Thanks for your input.

BTW, what did you think of the Wargamer forum hack. Royally pissed me off, especially the part about the Brazilians not being willing to do much.

I was at first under the impression it was an RTS game but recently found it was turn based. I even had the box in my hands the other day.

But hmm, it doesn't appear good enough to get me to buy an RTS game (assuming it was one), and well hmmm there is no way it will be better than Combat Leader (if it's turn based actually).

So either way, I don't expect I will put it on my list soon.

bis71 -> I thought it stunk. (12/15/2002 11:46:43 PM)

Check out my review at www.militarygameronline.com. It'll be in the reviews archive.

Oh, and Les...
It is an RTS.

Les_the_Sarge_9_1 -> (12/16/2002 12:19:16 AM)

I thought it was... seemed the case when I was looking at it at the store, but a recent post commented on it being turn based, and not having seen it recently I got side tracked I guess.

Thanks for the correction Bismarck.

Brutal commentary hehe, even more brutal was learning your actual name though, so I could run down the article hehe.

Good point, Les. Sorry for the extra bother. I'm changing my profile now to include a sig with my real name.
