First game with the last patch (17016 version) and its new automated design feature, and I have a big problem with it : at the start of each of my game (as human), none of my military ships have weapons!
I checked the design section in my empire policy screen, and it appears that at the start, nearly everything is on "none", so I figured that maybe it was due to that. I have tried to modify it and to handle the design screen but it had no effect on the designs...
Please, can someone help me? I just want to play like before the patch, without having to cop with designs...
