This is error is caused by the race names in the 'Other Empires' setup screen not being recognised by mods. Usually this happens when changing between mods with different race names.
It was fixed in a previous patch, but seems to have occurred again.
I think the best solution to this would be for the game to automatically clear the list each time we change theme.
If we had a Load and Save option for this list, it would make it particularly easier to set our larger games up the way we want them. Especially since this sometimes requires typing 20+ empires names each time.
