Creating new galaxy bug

After on the 4th time of Creating new galaxy, game will generate it forever. Memory usage jumps sky high and then drops again. I have an impression that every time it tries to create galaxy but fails. It is really strange, I never had such issue. PS. I'm running my mod, which worked before perfectly fine. I did alter some staff and I double checked everything with no luck. Checked crash dump file and nothing is there.
