I was testing out Command (CAPS) Action and tried to Stall using CAPs but the [Stall] button was grayed out even though I had CAPs left. See screen capture: I had two LMG34s in a Group Action with 3 Group APs left and didn't want to exhaust so I was going to Stall using CAPs.

You should be able to transfer a CAP to an AP for the currently active unit, then stall. I don't think it gives any advantage to switch to a new unit with a Command Action and then stall with that unit.

Eric, you're correct. I could have transferred a CAP and then used it to stall, effectively the same thing as if I used the CAP directly. I wasn't trying to switch to a new unit. I didn't think of the mechanism you suggested; I just figured I could stall directly as a Command Action similar to the board game. I thought I was missing something. I'm good with your suggestion on how to do it. Thanks.
