German new? airbases

44 and tripes -> German new? airbases (1/3/2013 11:44:28 AM)
Hi, it seems that there are up to 32 german airbases in scenarios (1941 whole campaing) and "only" 24 in the campaing game. (I don't see any arrival date for them , the same for exemple with Flieger Crimea): Are those unit's arrival conditionnal or are they only for the scenarios(surprising in this case as they are in whole campaing (1943 for example).[&:]
