The larger of the Japanese PB's(Ansyu) has 1000 cargo capacity listed,yet it never seems to load anything,either in cargo or Amphib. TF's. WAD? If so, why list the capacity at all. WO 0/0

You can use them as "fast" transports. They do load supply, but are not fast nor unload during one phase.
