hi guys,

i tried to get an answer directly from Erik but there was no answer. maybe someone else knows about this:
i was part of the beta test team for the excellent Decisive Campaigns Case Blue. after the release i bought the game
to support Vic and the series. later i got another key for my beta testing efforts.

am i allowed to gift this key?

i bought a disc with manual, i want to keep it

The beta key is not intended to be gifted but if you have a boxed copy as well I don't have a problem with this, but this is case by case so best to ask permission first so you did the right thing :)

The issue is now that the receiving party has no way to download it so its not much use to them. We don't have a way to issuer them a download and to be honest we aren't going to set one up as we simply don't have the time.

thank you for your answer. my question was probably not precise enough:
it's not the beta key: it's the key for a download of a full version of the released game, this was like the salary of the beta test team.
knowing that i would recieve the full version i still decided to buy a boxed copy to support the game.

looking at your post i guess i can gift the download key to a friend?
