I would like to bring to your attention what I - (as a "long time" customer of both Slitherine and Matrix) consider to be an example of "OUTSTANDING" customer support by Mr. Christian Bassani. I recently upgraded my PC hardware and OS to a Win 7 Gaming Beast. I initially hoped to "port over" my installed games from my old pc to my new pc using a "special" piece of software. Unfortunately that did not work out. Because of this I then had to "reinstall" a large number of my war games - mostly older titles from Matrix that I had purchased over the years. I had "backed up" the original digital download installs - but due to a recent move lost some of the backup DVDs. After reading the appropriate section of customer support on the Matrix website, I completed a "Help Ticket" in order to try and recover (at least some of) the initial install downloads of the games I had lost. It was my "good fortune" to be assigned Christian as my help desk technician. After reading my help ticket - he immediately set me up with a way I could download my missing games. It was NOT simple for him to do - some of the needed games required him to go back to "Digital River" to get a copy. I know he really didn't have to go that far - as it clearly states on the Matrix website that their Help Desk will "try" to recover older games. But Christian (due to his tireless efforts) was able to recover "EVERY" title that I needed. I cannot praise him enough for his efforts in what I consider to be "above and beyond" the "call of duty". Please "take note" of his efforts - people like Christian is why I remain a loyal customer of both Slitherine and Matrix. Best Regards Tom Sims
