generalfrommel -> HQ buildup (2/24/2013 8:15:02 PM) I just started playing this game again after a bit of a hiatus and I've run into a problem: Can someone please explain to me what has happened to the HQ buildup button? It doesn't seem to be where it used to be, in the lower right part of the panel of the HQ unit display. I assume buildup is still allowed - i don't see anything in the patch notes to say otherwise. thanks, Gen. Frommel
